All items in the KPSAUSA shop (t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, mugs, hats, stickers, etc.) are produced on demand through Printful. Items are manufactured after an order is placed — we do not maintain pre-stocked inventory. Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the physical product.
Orders are automatically forwarded to Printful for production after payment is confirmed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. An order confirmation email is sent upon successful payment. Members can view order history in their account; guest orders are tracked via email.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. If you need to make a change immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@kpsausa.org.
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping method and estimated delivery windows are selectable at checkout. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
Timelines may vary based on Printful production load and carrier conditions.
Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Refunds or replacements are provided only for:
To request a refund or replacement, email info@kpsausa.org within 30 days of receiving your order with photos clearly showing the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@kpsausa.org within 7 days of delivery with photos clearly showing the damage or error. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
