By accessing or using this website (kpsausa.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. KPSAUSA (Korea Para Sports Association USA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the United States.

• Attempting to circumvent security features

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. You are liable for all activity under your account. If you suspect a security breach, contact us immediately at info@kpsausa.org. Guest checkout is available for shop orders without an account.

4. Event Registration

All information submitted during event registration (name, disability classification, sport events, etc.) must be accurate. KPSAUSA reserves the right to deny participation based on inaccurate information. Cancellation and refund policies vary by event and are described in individual event listings. Please retain your registration confirmation email.

5. Purchases and Payments

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by KPSAUSA or its respective rights holders. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KPSAUSA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site.
